| 摘 要： | 为培育毛白杨优质壮苗,对易县毛白杨雌株2年生苗木的生长节律、生物量与营养元素含量、光合与蒸腾速率等进行观测研究,结果表明:毛白杨2年生苗木的生长高峰与生物量积累高峰均在7~8月份,苗木含水率以生长前期(5~7月)最高,蒸腾速率与光合速率在较干旱的6月较低,5~6月份是加强抚育管理、培育优质壮苗的关键时期。毛白杨苗木对氮、钾、磷的需求比例为7.5 : 3 : 1,每培育1株2年生毛白杨苗木,需从土壤中吸收氮3.15 g,磷为0.42 g,钾为1.32 g。

| Abstract: | Growing rhythm, relationship of biomass with mineral element contents, photosynthesis and transpiration rate of 2-year old seedlings of Populus tomentosa in Yi county, Shandong province, were studied at the nursery stage. The results showed that growth peak of length and diameter at groung level of seedling, being coincident with the biomass-accumulating peak, occured in July and August. Water content in the seedling stem reached the highest level in the pre-fast growing period (from May to July). Photosynthesis and transpiration rate were suppressed in June due to the drought. Therefore, it was vitally important to apply intensive management in May and June in order to produce high-quality seedlings. Requirement proportion for Nitrogen (N), potassium (K) and phosphorus (P) of 2-year-old seedling was 7.5:3:1 respectively and 3.15 g nitrogen, 0.42 g phosphorus and 1.32 g potassium were needed to produce one 2-year-old seedling. |
