农机驾驶座椅水平调节系统设计

摘    要:针对地表不平时驾驶座椅倾斜,影响作业安全、危害驾驶人员身体健康等问题,采用机电一体化技术,设计了一种依据农机作业时横向倾斜程度自动调节驾驶座椅的水平调节系统,该系统采用两个倾角传感器分别用以采集座椅和机身的倾角信息,作为调平和报警的依据。试验表明:该系统能够依据农机座椅的横向倾斜度,在2°~13°范围内横向自动调节,使驾驶座椅保持水平。

Abstract:A leveling system of farm machinery drivers’ seat was developed based on Mechatronics,for the problems of the safety of driving,harm to drivers’ health and so on,which are caused by the tilt of the surface.The system uses two angle sensors to collect information on the inclination of the seat and the fuselage,as leveling and alarm basis.Experiments proves that the system can automatically adjust drivers’ saet and keep it laveling in 2 to 13 angels based on the lateral tilt.
