生物质热风炉燃烧器的数值模拟研究

摘    要:根据生物质燃气的特点及燃烧稳定性的需求,对燃烧器进行了必要的结构设计。在对生物质热风炉进行试验的基础上,建立了相应的三维分析模型;湍流燃烧模拟采用标准κ-ε模型,通过求解动量方程和能量方程,模拟了生物质燃气的燃烧过程,得到了燃烧器的温度场、流场及生物质燃气各组分的质量分数等高线图,并通过试验验证了分析模型的正确性,为相关设备的设计、模拟、优化及应用提供了有价值的数据。

Abstract:In this paper,according to the characteristics of biomass fuel gas and the requirements of its flame stability,some necessary design of burner’s structure have been done.Based on Experimental study of the biomass hot blast stove,corresponding three-dimensional model is set up.The simulation of turbulence burning uses the standard k-ε turbulence model.By solving momentum equation and energy equations,combustion process of biomass fuel gas has been simulated,in this progress,the burner’s contour map of temperature field,flow field and mass fraction of biomass fuel gas’s components.The correctness of the analysis model has been proved by experiment.At the same time,the result provides valuable references to the related equipments’ design,simulation,optimization and application.
