摘    要:为使排种器的排种性能更好地满足水稻毯状秧苗育秧的播种要求,对凸头式水稻排种器的排种性能及试验进行了探讨。以自行设计的凸头式水稻排种装置为研究对象,选择凸头高度、毛刷间隙和多级链轮传动比为试验影响因素,以凸头每转播种密度和播种合格率为考察指标,采用正交试验设计的方法进行了试验,并推导出播量调节方程。研究结果表明:凸头排种器的最优参数组合为A2B2C3,优化后的参数可以较好地满足播种密度及播种合格率的要求。

Abstract:In order to make the performance of seed metering device meet sowing requirements of rice seeding for flat seedling better,the performance and experiment of convex head-type rice seed metering device are discussed.Based on a self-designed convex head-type rice seed metering device,the convex head height,brush gaps and multilevel sprocket transmission ratio are selected as experimental influence factors.With sowing density per revolution and the qualified rate of sowing as examine indexes,the orthogonal design was carried out and an adjusting equation of the seeding rate was achieved.The test results show that the optimal parameter combination of convex head-type seed metering device is A2B2C3.The optimized parameters can better satisfy the requirement of the sowing density and qualified rate of sowing.
