| 摘 要： | 针对市售的机械豆浆机靠刀片高速旋转"切出"的豆浆口感不好,同时为了方便消费者在家中自制营养丰富、放心可口的石磨豆浆,设计了一种轻便、清洁、造价低、使用方便的机械石磨豆浆机。改进了石磨的结构,使磨盘更轻便,磨纹更合理,并通过实验说明了此种机械石磨豆浆机的相对市售典型的机械豆浆机的优越性。

| Abstract: | For commercially soybean milk machine’s blade which rotates with a high speed,thus the milk which was "cut out" tastes bad.Meanwhile,in order to satisfy the consumers can make nutrient-rich,delicious soybean-milk.In this paper a mechanical soymilk mill was designed with the advantages of light-weight,clean,low cost and easy to use.We improved the stone disc to make it lighter,and we designed more rational grinding grain.We illustrate its relative superiority with a brand soybean-milk machine by experiment. |
