摘    要:为了提高旱地移栽机的作业效率,设计了一种适用于植质钵育秧盘的行星齿轮式旱地栽植机构;分析了栽植机构的工作原理,确定了影响机构运动轨迹的主要参数,建立了数学优化模型;根据玉米钵苗的物理特征,确定了适合玉米钵苗的栽植机构的主要参数值:H=150mm,S=37mm,R=120mm,并利用ADAMS软件仿真对结果进行验证。

Abstract:To improve the work efficiency of the upland transplanter,a new type of upland planting mechanism with pla netary gears was designed for the seedling-growing tray made of paddy-straw.Work principle of planting mechanism was analysed,the main parameters which influnce the motion trajectory of mechanism were determined,and mathematical optimal model was established.According to physical characteristics of the pot-seedling of corn,the main parameters sui table for planting mechanism of corn were obtained,and were verified through the simulation of the ADAMS,such as,H=150mm,S=37mm,R=120mm.
