| 摘 要： | 研究了单缸柴油机喷嘴端伸出量、喷孔参数、启喷压力、供油提前角、燃烧室结构和工况对伞帘喷雾燃烧系统性能的影响。结果表明，喷嘴端伸出量明显影响燃油消耗率和烟度，最佳喷嘴端伸出量随喷孔锥角同向变化；启喷压力、供油提前角、中心喷孔直径和燃烧室凸缘高度存在最佳值；伞帘喷雾燃烧系统的最佳供油提前角比传统燃烧系统小得多；在低负荷下，喷嘴带中心喷孔时的烟度稍高些，但燃油消耗率不恶化。 |

| Abstract: | The effects of nozzle protrusion, nozzle hole parameters, nozzle-opening pressure, fuel supply advance angle, combustion chamber configuration and working condition on the performance of umbrella-curtain spray (UCS) combustion system were investigated on a single-cylinder diesel engine. The experimental results showed that nozzle protrusion evidently influences specific fuel consumption and smoke intensity, but little does maximum combustion pressure. Optimal nozzle protrusion increases with nozzle holes cone angle. There exist optimal nozzle-opening pressure, fuel supply advance angle, central injection hole diameter of the nozzle and protrusive edge length of the combustion chamber. Optimum fuel supply advance angle for UCS combustion system is much smaller than that for the base conventional combustion system. Under low loads and in the case of nozzle with a central injection hole, the smoke intensity slightly rises, but the fuel economy doesn't deteriorate. |
