大田环境下转植酸酶玉米对土壤酶活性的影响

摘    要:在大田自然条件下,以转植酸酶玉米10TPY005、非转植酸酶亲本玉米为试材,于2011年在玉米不同生育期及秸秆还田期对玉米根际土壤酶活性变化情况进行了测定。结果表明:与亲本非转植酸酶玉米相比,转植酸酶玉米在不同生育期及秸秆还田期对土壤蔗糖酶、土壤蛋白酶及土壤脲酶活性均无显著影响;而对土壤酸性磷酸酶活性有显著影响,转植酸酶玉米的土壤酸性磷酸酶活性显著高于亲本非转植酸酶玉米,并呈现出从苗期开始逐渐上升的趋势,而亲本非转植酸酶玉米则比较平稳无明显变化。

Abstract:The phytase transgenic maize 10TPY005 and its non - transgenic parent were grown in field to study the activity variation of soil enzymes in different growth periods and straw - returning period in 2011. The results showed that compared to the non - transgenic parent, the cultivation of transgenic maize had no significant influences to the activities of sucrase, protease and urease in soil in growth period and straw - retur- ning period, but significantly increased the soil acidic phosphatase activity. The acidic phosphatase activity in soil cultivated transgenic maize showed gradually rising from seedling stage, while that in non - transgenic maize field had no obvious change.
