| 摘 要： | 目的]测定箭叶淫羊藿不同年龄茎上叶的总黄酮含量。方法]采用乙醇提取法从箭叶淫羊藿一、二和三龄茎上叶中提取总黄酮,以淫羊藿苷为标准品配置标准溶液并绘制标准曲线,采用分光光度法测定样品的吸光度,根据标准曲线计算总黄酮含量。结果]试验表明,仪器精密度和稳定性良好,供试品溶液在60 m in内较稳定。箭叶淫羊藿一龄茎上叶总黄酮含量较低,二、三龄茎上叶总黄酮含量较高且差异不大,三龄茎上叶总黄酮含量最高。其一、二和三龄茎上叶的总黄酮平均含量分别为61.240、66.194和66.912 mg/g,平均回收率分别为96.69%、98.33%和99.22%,RSD分别为0.59%、0.41%和0.33%。结论]该研究为箭叶淫羊藿的开发和深入研究奠定了基础。
