摘    要:对地膜中2种酞酸酯类化合物DBP和DEHP在土壤和大豆植株体内的残留进行了研究。结果表明:常规地膜用量在播种后30~90 d土壤中DBP和DEHP含量分别在0.174~0.274 mg.kg-1和2.886~2.952 mg.kg-1;大豆植株体内DBP含量在0.319~1.646 mg.kg-1,90 d后随株体生长DBP含量降低,DEHP在大豆植株体内未检测到。使用地膜对大豆的生长发育影响不明显,地膜用量对大豆生长、产量、蛋白质、脂肪和水分含量影响不显著。

Abstract:The content of two phthalic esters,the DBP and DEHP,in soybean plant and soil under covering was studied. The result showed that the DBP content in soil was between 0. 174-0. 274 mg ~·kg^-1 ,and the DBP between 2. 886- 2. 952 mg ·kg^-1 30 to 90 days after seeding under covering;The former content in soybean plant was between 0. 319- 1. 646 mg·kg^-1 ,then 90 days after seeding,its content decreased as the plant grew while DEHP disappeard. The research suggested the covering took no obvious effect on soybean growth;Amount of covering did not affect its growth,produc tion, contents of protein, fat, and water.
