多效唑处理后油菜苗在低温胁迫下的光合及生理特性

摘    要:为探讨多效唑提高油菜抗寒性的生理机制,以2个甘蓝型油菜品种秦优7号和秦优33为材料,研究多效唑处理油菜苗在低温胁迫下的光合生理特性。结果表明:油菜5~6叶期时在叶面喷施150 mg·L-1多效唑可以显著减缓受低温胁迫的油菜叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔限制值(Ls)的下降幅度;多效唑处理的秦优7号和秦优33的叶绿素含量、PnGsTrLs分别比对照高22.90%和24.20%、18.13%和20.71%、29.16%和50.00%、13.00%和29.19%、48.00%和27.59%。多效唑还可以降低油菜在低温胁迫下叶片的相对电导率,并提高叶片可溶性糖含量,从而维持叶片质膜的稳定性,增强油菜的抗寒性。总之,在油菜苗期喷施多效唑能缓解低温胁迫对油菜的抑制影响,促进低温胁迫下油菜幼苗的生长,减缓低温对其伤害。

Abstract:In order to explore the physiological mechanism that Multi effect Triazole (MET) could enhance the cold resistance of rape, seedlings of Brassica napus Qinyou No.7 and Qinyou 33 treated with MET were used as materials to study the photosynthetic and physiological characteristic under cold stress. The results were as follows: spraying 150 mg·L-1 MET in the 5-6 leaf period of rapeseed could significantly slow down the decline rate of leaf chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Gs), transpiration rate(Tr) and stomatal limitation value(Ls) of cold stressed seedlings. The chlorophyll content, Pn, Gs, Tr and Ls of Qinyou No.7 and Qinyou 33 treated by MET were increased by 22.90% and 24.20%, 18.13% and 20.71%, 29.16% and 50.00%, 13.00% and 29.19%, 48.00% and 27.59% respectively, compared with the corresponding controls grown at the low temperature; the leaf electrical conductivity was reduced and the rape soluble sugar content was improved so as to keep the leaf plasma membrane stability and enhance the cold resistance of rapeseed. In general, spraying Multi effect Triazole at rape seedling stage alleviated the inhibition effect of cold stress, promoted plant growth and reduced the damage of low temperature on rapeseed seedlings.
