植物内生放线菌Hhs.015T对油菜菌核病的防治效果

摘    要:为有效地防治油菜菌核病,通过试验筛选得到一株植物内生放线菌Hhs.015T,可显著抑制病原菌菌丝生长和菌核萌发。将Hhs.015T的菌悬液和无菌上清液分别于接种前1 d、接种同时和接种后1 d 3个时期喷施油菜叶片和茎秆。结果表明,Hhs.015T菌悬液和无菌上清液对油菜菌核病的防效之间不存在显著性差异,而不同喷施时期的防治效果则以接种同时喷施叶片的防效最好,菌悬液和无菌上清液防效分别可达91.06%和85.22%。大田试验中,于初花期喷施Hhs.015T发酵液的防效可达41.27%,稀释后防治效果逐步降低。通过扫描电镜观察发现,Hhs.015T对油菜菌核病菌菌丝生长具有明显抑制作用,并引起菌丝原生质体外渗、顶端膨大等现象;在菌丝侵染叶片时,能明显减少菌丝量,减缓侵染垫的形成,从而抑制菌丝的入侵。可见,植物内生放线菌Hhs.015T具有较好生防潜力,可用于油菜菌核病的防治工作。

Abstract:In this study, we screened an endophytic actinomycete Hhs.015T, which could suppressed the growth of hyphae and the germination of Sclerotinia significantly. Cell-free filtrate and cell suspensions were sprayed on the leaves and stems of rapes at one day before inoculation, 0 day after inoculation and one day after inoculation. The results showed that there was no significant differences between the efficacy of cell-free filtrate and cell suspensions. The best control effect, 91.06% for suspensions and 85.22% for cell free filtrate, were achieved by spraying the cell-free filtrate and cell suspension at the same time as inoculation. In the field experiments, the efficacy of applying Hhs.015T to rape plants at the flowering stage reached 41.27% and decreased gradually with the dilution. Scanning electron microscopy revealed that endophytic actinomycete Hhs.015T could suppressed the growth of hyphae significantly and could cause leakage of hyphal cytoplasm and irregular swelling of top hyphal. It could reduce the biomass of hyphal and slow down the formation of infection cushions and then suppress the infection of hypha. Hhs.015T could be used to control the sclerotinia rot with a good development prospect.
