姜瘟致病菌的分离与鉴定及其拮抗菌的筛选

摘    要:以湖南省江永县姜瘟病重病区的土壤为材料,对土壤中的主要致病菌进行分离和鉴定,并筛选抑制致病菌的木霉菌。结果表明:姜瘟病重病区土壤中的主要致病菌有2种,分别为G1、H2,其中G1致病性较强,经过菌株形态观察和16S rDNA序列鉴定,发现H2为欧式杆菌(Erwinia spp.),G1为劳尔氏菌(Ralstonia slanacarum);通过对峙实验分析发现,编号为23的哈茨木霉菌(Trichoderma harzianum)对致病菌G1和H2具有较强的拮抗作用,可应用于姜瘟病的生物防治。

Abstract:Major pathogens were isolated and identified from the soil of Jiangyong in Hunan province with serious ginger disease and antagonistic fungus against these pathogens were screened from Trichoderma spp. The results show that two bacterial pathogens G1 and H2 were isolated, of which G1 displayed a stronger pathogenicity. Morphological and 16S rDNA sequence characteristics showed that G1 belonged to Ralstonia slanacarum and H2 belonged to Erwinia spp. The flat confrontation experiment showed that No.23 Trichoderma viride belonged to Trichoderma harzianum had the strongest antagonism to pathogens G1 and H2, which can be used in biological control of ginger disease.
