| 摘 要： | 根据GenBank中已发表的番鸭细小病毒(MDPV)和鹅细小病毒(GPV)全序列,分别设计并合成特异性引物MDPVF/R和GPVF/R,对细小病毒属成员GPV、MDPV、犬细小病毒(CPV)及鸭常见病毒病病原如鸭瘟病毒(DPV)、鸭病毒性肝炎病毒(DHV)、鸭呼肠病毒(DRV)、流感病毒(AIV)的核酸进行PCR扩增.结果表明,引物特异性良好,引物MDPVF/R只能特异性扩增出MDPV的714 bp基因片段,引物GPVF/R只能特异性扩增出GPV的570 bp基因片段;敏感性试验结果表明,MDPV DNA最低检出量为17.5 pg,GPV DNA最低检出量为13.7 pg.该方法的建立对这两种疾病的鉴别诊断具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Based on the published complete sequences of muscovy duckling parvovirus(MDPV)and goose parvovirus(GPV),two sets of specific primers MDPVF/R and GPVF/R were designed and used to amplify the nucleic acids of MDPV,GPV,CPV,DPV,DHV,AIV,DRV by PCR.The resulte indicated that 714 bp specific band could be amplified by primer MDPVF/R only from MDPV DNA and 570 bp specific fragment could be amplified by primer GPVF/R only from GPV DNA,but no specific bands of the same sizes were amplified from other viruses.As littl... |
