辣椒工厂化育苗基质筛选的研究

摘    要:为筛选出适宜的辣椒育苗基质配方,推进工厂化育苗,以辣椒品种富瑞达为试材,研究了不同菇渣、草炭和珍珠岩基质配方对辣椒育苗效果的影响。结果表明:处理T2(菇渣∶草炭∶珍珠岩=2∶1∶2)育苗效果最好,出苗率、茎粗、株高、叶片数和鲜重显著高于其它处理,辣椒幼苗生长势壮、干物质积累多、壮苗指数高、叶绿素含量高,且基质成本低廉,可以进行辣椒大规模育苗。

Abstract:In order to screen suitable a optimum substrate formula to facilitate the factory-cultivated for seedlings, taking hot pepper variety Furuida as experimental material, the nursery effects of different substrate formula with mushroom residue, peat and perlite on hot pepper seedling were studied. The results showed that the nursery effects of treatment T2(mushroom residue: peat: perlite=2:1:2)was the best, the seedling emergence rate, stem diameter, plant height,leaf number and fresh weight were significantly higher than other treatments. Hot pepper seedlings had stronger growth potential and more dry matter accumulation,the strong seedling index and chlorophyll content were higher than other treatments, as well as the low cost of treatment T2, it could replace CK for large-scale cultivation.
