低速大扭矩Ⅰ型复合齿轮转子马达的机理研究

摘    要:介绍了齿轮转子马达的结构原理和工作原理 ,对复合齿轮转子马达进行了分类 ,阐明了 型低速大扭矩型复合齿轮转子马达的工作原理 ,对该种马达的排量公式及瞬时扭矩公式进行了数学推导 ,分析了该马达的输出扭矩脉动率 ,并对马达的径向力进行定性分析。结果表明该马达具有输出扭矩大、低速启动性能好、力学性能好、运行平稳、噪声低等特点 ,其性能明显优于其他种类的低速大扭矩马达 ,除用于普通液压系统外 ,在一定条件下还可用于纯水液压系统 ,本文为 型复合齿轮转子马达的进一步开发设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The first kind of compound gear rotator motor is a new type of hydraulic gear motor in which the engaging power is zero. The structure and the working principle of this type of motor were introduced and its torque uniformity, as one of the important performance parameters of the motor, depends on the movement regularity of the engaged points. The instantaneous torque characteristics and torque pulsation of the motor were analyzed. The conclusion was drawn that the torque pulsation rate of the motor was much smaller than that of common gear motor, the new kind of motor had a bigger displacement are obtained and under some conditions it could be used in a pure water hydraulic drive.
