近红外光谱技术在黑芝麻糊品牌鉴别中的应用研究

摘    要:本文探索了使用近红外光谱分析技术鉴别黑芝麻糊品牌的可行性。试验共采集了48个不同品牌黑芝麻糊样品的近红外漫反射光谱,波长范围为800~2 500nm。使用Hierarchical聚类、主成分分析、判别分析及判别偏最小二乘等方法分析了黑芝麻糊品牌的分类鉴别结果,各种方法的校正集和预测集均得到了100%的判别正确率。研究结果表明,近红外光谱分析技术可用于黑芝麻糊品牌的鉴别分析,分析过程具有快速、准确等多方面的优点。

Abstract:The feasibility of rapid discrimination of black sesame paste brand by Fourier transform near-infrared(FT-NIR) spectroscopy was studied.Forty-eight black sesame paste samples of two brands were analyzed by NIR diffuse reflectance spectroscopy between 800 and 2 500 nm.The spectral differences were studied by principal components analysis(PCA),and classifications,according the brand,were carried out by Hierarchical cluster analysis,discriminant analysis(DA) and discriminant partial least squares(DPLS).When used to predict the brand of the validation set samples,models all gained a total accuracy of 100%.The results indicate that NIR spectroscopy technique with chemometrics methods offers effective discrimination capability for brands of black sesame paste commercial available in market.
