μc—YK Ⅲ型微机摇尺控制器在木材加工中的推广应用

摘    要:μc—YK Ⅲ型微机摇尺控制器属单座标直线点位系统,采用微机处理技术对木工跑车带锯机的摇尺部分进行准确定位控制,实现电脑控制锯鲜原木的规格尺寸,控制现场的合成精度<±0.7mm。该系统适用于各种型号的木工跑车带锯机,其控制精度和自动化程度高,经省内外近30家制材厂推广应用,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The Model μ—YK Ⅲ microcomputer setting controller bebngs to thesingle coordinate linear point-location system. The microcomputer treatmenttechnology is adopted to conduct accurate location control for the setting part ofcarpenter carriage band saw mill to realize the fact that saw log size is controlledby computer and the synthetic precision of control site is <±0.7mm.This sys-tem is suitable for various models of carpenter carriage band saw mills and thecontrol precision and automatic degree are high. The popularization and applica-tion of nearly 30 sawmills in and out of Fujian Province confirm that the econom-ic benefits are remarkable.
