摘    要:茶叶化学成分是品质的物质基础,化学成分不同,品质各异。通过对我国市场上14份优质的绿茶干茶样品的化学成分分析,结果表明:我国市场上绿茶品种丰富,化学成分变异较大,为选育不同特色品种提供丰富的材料。同时,相关分析显示出各化学成分间存在显著相关,表明茶叶品质形成复杂,选育时需明确影响品质的主效因子;经主成分分析和聚类分析,可将14份样品分为4类,每类具有不同的特色。

Comparison of Chemical Composition Content of Different Dry Green Tea Leaves
Abstract:The chemical composition is the material basis of tea quality and different chemical composition is the cause of tea quality diversity. By analyzing the chemical composition of 14 samples of high quality dried green tea, the results show that there are abundant varieties of green tea in Our market. The chemical composition of tea have?great variation, which provides abundant materials for breeding different characteristic tea varieties. At the same time, correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between the chemical components, indicating that the tea quality was complex, and the main factors affecting the quality should be identified in the breeding process. Through principal component analysis and cluster analysis, 14 samples can be divided into 4 categories, each with different characteristics.
