摘 要: | 为了解道真县沙坝水库的浮游生物现状及多样性情况,于2019年9月对水库的浮游生物资源现状进行调查。结果表明:浮游植物共计7门59种,其中以绿藻门为主,共22种;其次是硅藻门21种、蓝藻门8种、甲藻门4种、裸藻门2种,隐藻门及黄藻门分别为1种。浮游植物平均密度为17.39×10~4ind./L,藻类生物多样性指数在2.906 4~4.225 0之间,平均为3.358 2。浮游动物共计3门40种,以原生动物为主,共16种;轮虫15种;节肢动物9种。浮游动物平均密度为0.089×10~4ind./L。生物多样性指数在2.321 9~4.084 2之间,平均值为3.265 5。水库浮游生物多样性高,水质属于清洁贫营养型。本文为道真沙坝水库内的水生生物研究积累了本底资料。

Investigation of plankton resources in Shaba Reservoir |

Abstract: | In order to understand the status and diversity of plankton in daozhen Shaba Reservoir, the plankton in the reservoir was investigated in September 2019. The results showed that there were a total 60 species of phytoplankton belonging to 7 phyla, including 23 species of chlorophyta, 21 species of diatoms, 8 species of cyanobacteria, 4 species of dinoflagellates, 2 species of euglenophyta, 1 species of cryptophyta and 1 species of zooxanthophyta. The average density of phytoplankton was 17.39×104ind/L, and the algal biodiversity index ranged from 2.9064 to 4.2250, with an average of 3.3582. There were 42 species of zooplankton belonging to 3 phyla, mainly protozoa, 17 species, 16 species of rotifers and 9 species of arthropods. The mean density of zooplankton was 0.089×104ind/L. The biodiversity index ranged from 2.3219 to 4.0842, with an average value of 3.2655. The plankton diversity in the reservoir is high and the water quality is clean and nutrient-poor. The results provided background data for the study of aquatic life in the daozhen Shaba Reservoir. |
