| 摘 要： | 为探究江西省中华蜜蜂的形态差异,采用逐步判别与聚类分析联用的方法对江西省11个样点330只中华蜜蜂工蜂样本的32个形态遗传标记数据进行了分析。结果表明,江西省中华蜜蜂在南、北区域出现明显的形态差异,赣中北地区较赣南地区的中华蜜蜂个体和器官偏大。本研究可为江西省中华蜜蜂资源的保护与利用提供参考。

Morphometrical difference analysis of Apis cerana cerana from Jiangxi Province |

| Abstract: | We explored the morphological difference by analyzing thirty-two morphological characters of three hundred and thirty workers. Eleven collection sites were sampled in Jiangxi province using one-way analysis of variance, step-wise discriminant analysis and cluster analysis. There were similar morphological characteristics between the north and central regions honeybees, but they had obvious morphological difference with honeybees in the south of Jiangxi. The honeybee in the north and central of Jiangxi had bigger body size and organs than honeybees in the south of Jiangxi. This study provides suggestion for the conservation and utilization of honeybee resources in Jiangxi province. |
