| 摘 要： | 为客观评价生猪屠宰企业非洲猪瘟检测能力,山东省动物疫病预防与控制中心组织全省319家生猪屠宰企业开展非洲猪瘟病毒核酸检测能力比对。结果显示:有314家屠宰企业反馈结果,其中有225家检测结果完全合格,合格率为71.66%,样品正确率为88.47%(1389/1570);A类和B类屠宰企业合格率分别为79.14%和60.63%。结果表明,山东省生猪屠宰企业非洲猪瘟病毒检测能力有待进一步提升。结果提示,畜牧兽医主管部门应强化屠宰企业监管,加强对屠宰企业技术人员的培训和实验室管理的指导。

| Abstract: | In order to objectively evaluate the testing capacity for African swine fever virus(ASFV)in pig slaughtering enterprises in Shandong,319 enterprises were organized to compare their testing capacity for ASFV by Shandong Center for Animal Disease Prevention and Control.The results showed that 225 out of 314 enterprises who submitted their feedback were fully qualified with a qualified rate of 71.66%and the accuracy rate of samples was 88.47%(1389/1570);the qualified rates of class A and B enterprises were 79.14%and 60.63%,respectively.It was concluded that the testing capacity should be improved in such enterprises who should be further supervised,and technicians should be provided with training and guided for laboratory management by veterinary authorities. |
