德国镜鲤选育系F4天津群体中不同体型的遗传结构分析

摘    要:本文利用15对微卫星分子标记,对德国镜鲤选育系F4天津群体中的高背型和长条型德国镜鲤的遗传结构进行分析,结果表明:两种体型德国镜鲤F4群体平均等位基因数分别为5.0和5.1,平均期望杂合度分别为0.5527和0.5591.平均观测杂合度分别为0.5906和0.5824,平均多态信息含量分别为0.5653和0.5470。以卡方检验估计群体Hardy—Weinberg平衡显示有大部分位点发生了偏离。两体型间遗传相似性为0.8330,相似性较高。群体间遗传分化微弱(Fst=0.0242),群体内变异占总变异的97.58%。说明高背型德国镜鲤和长条型德国镜鲤在遗传结构上差异较小。由天津群体的等位基因数为5.05,期望杂合度为0.5559,观测杂合度为0.5865,多态信息含量为0.5562,可知天津群体属于中度多态,遗传多样性保持较高水平。

Analyze gGenetic structures ofon different body shapes of tianjin population among Germany mirror carp selective strain F4 strains cultured in Tianjin

Abstract:Fifteen mierosatellite loci were used for analyzing genetic structures of Gao bei and Chang tiao of Germany mirror carp (Cyptinus earpio L. mirror) selective strain F4 strains. The results showed that , the average number alleles of two different body shapes of Germany mirror carp F4 were 5.0 and 5.1, the average expected heterozygosity values were 0.5527 and 0.5591, the average observed heterozygosity values were 0.5906 and 0.5824, the average polymorphic information content were 0.5653 and 0.5470, respecitvely; The Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium was checked according to the Х^2 test, with the result of Х^2 showed a few locusci deviated; The genetic similarity coefficient between two different body shapes of germany mirror carp genetic similarity coefficients were was 0.8330, pronouncing hey had a had higher genetic similarity ; only with a little weaker genetic differentiation was detected ( Fst = 0. 0242) , and the internal variation was 97.58% of the total variation. Overall, it has a slightly genetic variation in the Gao bei and Chang tiao Germany mirror carp population genetic variation is little. However, according to the described above,the number alleles of Tianjin population was 5.05, the expected heterozygosity was 0.5559, the observed heterozygosity was 0.5865, the polymorphic information content was 0.5562, Germany mirror carp F4 strains cultured in Tianjin it is concluded that Tianjin population has moderate polymorphism and higher genetic diversity.
