钙浸种对黄瓜种子发芽的影响

摘    要:以黄瓜为试验材料,研究了不同浓度Ca2+浸种对黄瓜种子发芽的影响。结果显示,0.05 mg/L的Ca2+浸种对黄瓜种子发芽有促进作用,其种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、根长、下胚轴长、下胚轴粗度和相对含水量均高于对照及其他浓度处理;幼苗相对电导率低于对照及其他浓度处理。从0.05mg/L开始,随着Ca2+浓度增加,黄瓜种子发芽的各项指标开始下降,幼苗相对电导率开始上升,对黄瓜种子发芽产生抑制作用,并在2.0 mg/L时抑制作用达到最大。

Abstract:The effect of calcium-soaking on seed germination of cucumber had been studied.The results showed that 0.05 mg/L Ca2+ could promote the seed germination,and the germination rate,germination index,vigor index,length of root,length of hypocotyls,diameter of hypocotyls and water content of seedlings were higher than those of control and other Ca2+ concentration,and the relative conductivity of cucumber seedling were decreased.But after 0.05 mg/L,the physiological indicators of seed germination decreased with the increase of Ca2+ concentration and the relative conductivity of cucumber seedling increased.The high concentration of Ca2+ had an inhibition effect on the seed germination and had the largest inhibition effect at 2.0 mg/L.
