油菜miR169基因家族的生物信息学分析及靶基因预测

摘    要:为了解油菜miR169基因家族,采用生物信息学的方法对油菜miR169基因家族成员的染色体位置、分子进化、前体序列的保守性、启动子和靶基因进行了分析。结果表明:油菜miR169基因家族成员分布在9条染色体上;系统进化分析表明,这些基因共分成2个组;其前体序列在形成成熟miRNA的位置高度保守;油菜miR169基因家族上游启动子主要元件有13个,数量最多的是胚乳表达元件、厌氧胁迫元件、热响应元件和MBS;油菜miR169基因家族的靶基因一共有16个,大部分属于NF-YA基因家族。该结果为进一步研究油菜miR169基因家族的功能奠定了基础。

Abstract:To understand the miR169 gene family in oilseed rape, the bioinformatics method was used to analyze the chromosomal location, molecular evolution, conservatism of the precursor sequence, promoter and target gene of the members of the miR169 gene family. The results showed that miR169 gene family members were distributed in 9 chromosomes. Evolution analysis showed that these genes were divided into two groups. The precursor sequence was highly conserved at the position where the mature miRNA was formed. There were 13 main elements in the upstream promoter of the miR169 genes, endosperm expression element, anaerobic stress component, thermal response element and MBS had the most quantities. miR169 gene family had a total of 16 target genes, most of which belong to the NF-YA gene family. The results laid a good foundation for further research on the function of miR169 gene family in oilseed rape.
