采后1-MCP处理对富士苹果灰霉病的影响

摘    要:采后富士苹果经过1-MCP处理后,接种灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea),置常温下,测定1-MCP处理对苹果灰霉病的影响.结果初步显示,处理果实呼吸强度、乙烯释放量、腐烂面积均低于对照.在贮藏过程中,1-MCP处理后果实的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和总酚含量显著高于对照.可见,1-MCP处理对采后富士苹果灰霉病有一定的抑制作用.

Abstract:Apples(Malus dorrrestica Borkh.cv.Fuji) were inoculated by Botrytis cinera after treated by 1-MCP.Results showed that the control had a lower respiration rate, less production rate of ethylene, and less putrescence area.In the storage, the phenylalanine mnmonium lyase(PAL),peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity of treated apples were higher than controls, and they had more content of total phenolic, which implied that 1-MCP treated has positive effect on disease resistance of the apple fruit to B.cinerea.
