| 摘 要： | 目的]通过黄连、黄柏、地榆、五味子4味中草药对金黄色葡萄球菌、志贺氏菌、炭疽杆菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌6株细菌的抗菌试验,比较不同药物活性大小。方法]采用水煎法提取中药有效成分,然后采用改进K-B纸片琼脂扩散法测定抑菌圈直径,并用试管稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度。结果]4味中草药均明显抑制金黄色葡萄球菌,炭疽杆菌、志贺氏菌次之;对其余3种细菌仅部分药物有一定的抑菌活性。结论]4味中草药具有抗菌作用。
