摘    要:目的]通过在急性热应激条件下对小鼠垂体前叶细胞构筑变化的观察与测量,确定热应激对小鼠垂体前叶细胞构筑的影响。方法]采用恒温恒湿热应激箱(42℃,相对湿度35.4%)建立热应激模型。常规石蜡切片,HE染色,在光镜下对垂体前叶细胞构筑进行观察。结果]热应激组Ⅰ、Ⅱ的细胞密度、嗜碱性细胞概率、嗜碱性细胞体面积以及热应激组Ⅱ嗜酸性细胞体面积与对照组差异极显著(P<0.001)。热应激组Ⅰ嗜酸性细胞概率、嗜酸性细胞体面积与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论]热应激可导致垂体前叶细胞快速增殖和正常形态发生改变,甚至引发细胞凋亡。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to determine the impact of heat stress on the cytoarchitecture of anterior pituitary,observe and measure the anterior pituitary cells of mouse under the acute conditions of heat stress.Method]Different temperature of heat stress was Created in a constant temperature and humidity box(42 ℃,relative humidity of 35.4%).The Conventional of paraffin slice was Stained by HE and it was observed by light microscope.Result] The statistical data indicate that the cellular density、the proportion and the acreage of Basophils were very significant different with the control group in HSⅠ and Ⅱ(P<0.001),the acreage of acidophil were very significant different with the control group in HSⅡ(P<0.001),the proportion and the acreage of acidophil were significant different with the control group in HSⅠ(P<0.05).Conclusion]A rapid proliferation of cell was stimulated and the celluar normal morphology was changed after heat stress,even trigger apoptosis.
