| 摘 要： | 目的]为半夏的规范化栽培提供依据。方法]设计4种不同种植密度、3种不同种茎规格单因素完全随机区组试验，收获后测产量和主要成分含量，研究不同种植密度和种茎规格对半夏产量和质量的影响。结果]不同种植密度和种茎规格对半夏产量和质量有不同程度的影响。5cm×3cm种植密度的产量和净增重明显高于其他密度处理；小规格种茎分别比大、中规格种茎作种的产量提高20．0％和35．0％。不同密度和不同种茎规格栽培的半夏质量均符合药典要求。结论]生产上宜采用5cm×3cm种植密度、选择直径低于1．0cm规格的种茎作种栽培半夏，以获得较高的产量和较好的质量。
