| 摘 要： | 本文首次报道,用沙门氏菌的营养缺陷型细菌琼雷株作为生物杀鼠剂。以三种方法:毒饵法、鼠的同类残食法和饮水传染法,对害鼠作了毒杀效果观察。结果表明:对灰仓鼠和草原兔尾鼠的致死效果均超过95％;小家鼠70％左右;柽柳沙鼠最低。对鸡、兔、羊的安全试验表明:该菌具有相对不易感染的安全性。

| Abstract: | Three infection methods were compared in laboratory tests made on the rodenticidal activity of the Qionglei Stain of a bacterium, Salmonella sp. for their effectiveness: bacterial bait, infection through cannibalism, and bacteria contaminated water. The overall killing effects of Salmonella Qionglei stain to Cricetulus migratorius and Lugurus lugurus were above 95%, and to Mus musculus 70%. A very low rate of infection by the bacterium was found on Meriones tamariscinus. Results of laboratory safety tests with chicken, rabbit and sheep indicated that the Qionglei stain was safe to the testing animals, although some miner weight loss occurred at the early stage of the tests. |
