摘    要:目前,由于原料奶生产过程中仍未普及HACCP,从而造成微生物含量有明显超标现象,为此需采取新技术对原料乳进行杀菌,从而降低细菌总数。主要探讨非热性杀菌技术在生产原料奶中的应用前景,阐述非热性杀菌技术的机理和作用。结果得出,原料乳生产过程中,将杀菌技术与奶牛饲养管理相结合,会有效降低原料奶的微生物总数。

Abstract:As the dairy industry,HACCP controls has not yet universal in raw milk production process,so raw milk indicators of Microbiological dose not acceptable.
