广西四倍体桑种质资源研究进展

摘    要:在广西以秋水仙碱诱导、选育的四倍体桑种质达600多份,对大部分四倍体种质进行性状调查、产叶性能测定、叶质鉴定和杂交结实性试验等方面进行评选,获得一批高产型、优质型、高产优质型及结实性高、配合力好的优异四倍体桑种质。并以四倍体桑种质为亲本,采用2n×4n、4n×2n、4n×4n形式配成三倍体和四倍体组合共219个,育成了“桑特优1号”、“桑特优2号”、“桑特优3号”等一批高产优质的三倍体组合。今后对四倍体桑种质的深入研究,应继续诱导和充分利用现有人工四倍体资源,与优良二倍体杂交,组配三倍体杂优组合;继续选用优良杂种实生幼苗诱导人工四倍体,培育出优质高产四倍体品种;继续选用优良的四倍体桑作亲本,选配杂交组合,选育出优质高产的四倍体桑杂优组合;深入研究利用雄性或雌性配子二倍体化培育三倍体,是桑树三倍体育种的一条陕速、有效的途径。

Abstract:More than 600 tetraploid mulberry germplasm in Guangxi were bred through colchicine-induction and some good tetraploid mulberry germplasm with high-yield, good-quality, high yield combined and good quality, high fructification, and good combing ability were obtained through traits investigation, identification of leaves yield and quality, experiments on seed setting for crossing, etc. The 219 triploid and tetraploid combinations were derived from tetraploid mulberry parents by 2n×4n, 4n×2n and 4n×4n matching, and triploid combinations including Sangteyou 1, Sangteyou 2, Sangteyou 3 with high yield and good quality were bred. In future, the existing tetraploid mulberry germplasm should be induced continuously to make full use for crossing with good diploids to produce triploid hybrids. Good hybrid seedling from seeds should be continuously selected to induce artificial tetraploid and breed mulberry tetraploid variety with high yield and good quality. The good tetraploid mulberry should be used as parents and hybrid combination should be selected to breed new tetraploid mulberry hybrids. Moreover, it would be a rapid and effective way in breeding triploid mulberry through utilizing diploidization of male or female gamete.
