茉莉花基因组DNA的提取

摘    要:以茉莉花的嫩叶和花蕾作为实验材料,采用改良后的CTAB提取法提取DNA,经紫外分析仪和琼脂糖电泳检测所提取的DNA浓度和纯度,发现提取的DNA质量好、浓度高,且用花蕾提取的效果比嫩叶更好。

Abstract:The tender leaf and bud of jasminum were chosen as the experimental materials to extract the genomic DNA by means of modified CTAB method.The purity and concentration of DNA were tested by agarose gel electrophoresis and ultraviolet analyzer.The quality of DNA was good and the concentration was high.Furthermore the extract from bud was better then that from tender leaf.
