蝴蝶兰叶片诱导类原球茎的研究

摘    要:以14个蝴蝶兰(Phalaenopsis amabilis)品种无菌苗叶片为外植体诱导类原球茎(Protocorn-likebody,PLB)。结果表明,在培养基1/2MS+3mg/L TDZ+20g/L蔗糖+3g/L植物凝胶上,14个蝴蝶兰品种的叶片均能诱导出类原球茎,其中10个品种的诱导率高于20%,尤以777最高,为51%;最低的为788,仅有1%。试验建立了一套成本低廉、成分简单、重复性好、也适合于蝴蝶兰类原球茎的继代增殖培养技术体系,为蝴蝶兰的快速发展创造了条件。

Abstract:The protocorn-like body was induced from leaves of fourteen varieties Phalaenopsis amabilis species by the same media. The results showed that the suitable medium for protocorn-like body inducement from leaves of fourteen varieties of P. amabilis was 1 / 2MS + 3mg / L TDZ + 20g / L sucrose + 3g / L phytagel. The induction rates of fourteen varieties were: V31:32%,8106:33%,729:46%,777:51%,604:21%,602-3:9%,791:28%,8169:24%,735:31%,607:21%,771:4%,608:38%, 728-3:18%,788:1%.
