抗旱番茄种质资源筛选及抗旱性评价

摘    要:以200份番茄为试验材料,通过调查植株生长类型、成熟果色和单果重等主要田间农艺性状,筛选出100份优良番茄材料,20%PEG-6000溶液对100份材料植株干旱胁迫处理,初步筛选出6份高耐旱番茄材料,测定6份材料叶片相对含水量、相对叶绿素含量、叶面积、PⅡ最大光转化效率Fv/Fm等生理指标,同时采用DAB和NBT组织染色方法观察H2O2、O2-积累情况,利用隶属函数法、主成分分析及聚类分析方法综合评价6份番茄材料抗旱性。结果表明,随干旱胁迫程度加深,叶片相对含水量、PⅡ最大光转化效率Fv/Fm、叶面积均呈下降趋势;H2O2、O2-产生量呈逐渐增加趋势;处理植株叶绿素相对含量大于对照植株。6份番茄材料抗旱性依次为:‘897’‘895897’‘955982’‘982’‘895’‘955’,其中‘897’为强抗旱性番茄材料,‘982’‘895’‘955982’‘895897’为中等抗旱番茄材料,‘955’为弱抗旱性番茄材料。该研究为番茄抗逆杂交育种提供优良亲本材料。

Abstract:Total 200 tomato plants were used as experiment materials,by investigating the main field agronomic traits such as plant growth type,ripe fruit treated color and single 20% PEG-6000 solution fruit weight,100 tomato materials with excellent quality were for pick up for drought stress.Six tomato plants with high tolerance to drought were initially picked up and their relative water contents,relative chlorophyll contents,leaf area and maximum light conversion efficiency of PⅡ measured.The methods of DAB and NBT tissue staining were used to observe the accumulation of H2O2 and O2,and the drought resistance of six tomato materials was evaluated comprehensively by means of subjection function method,principal components analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the relative water contents,maximum light conversion efficiency (Fv/Fm),and leaf area all showed a downward trend with increasing drought degree;H2O2 and O2-production levels gradualy by increased;the chlorophyll phase contents of the treated plants increased comparing with those of control plants;the drought resistance of six tomato materials was ‘897’> ‘895897’> ‘955982’> ‘982’> ‘895’> ‘955’,‘897’ was strong drought resistant tomato material,‘982’ ‘895’ ‘955982’ and ‘895897’ were medium drought resistant tomato materials and ‘955’ was a weak drought resistant tomato material.This study provided an excellent parental material for tomato resistance hybrid breeding.
