| 摘 要： | RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance)维修模式在农机维修中发挥了巨大的作用,但是随着人们对环境意识的不断增强,设备维修不仅要考虑到维修性、可靠性、经济性,而且还要追求社会性、环境性、可持续发展性.为此,提出了RCM与绿色维修相结合的一种现代维修模式.针对现有的维修模式系统地分析了其不足之处,在RCM维修模式的基础上综合考虑环境和资源利用率等因素提出了实施绿色维修的思想.同时,具体探讨了绿色维修的方法、系统模型、绿色方案的设计以及绿色维修在机械维修中的应用,并利用改进的层次分析法IAHP(Improved Analysis of Hierarchy Process)对绿色维修方案进行了评估.
