吸力式微润灌水器水力特性试验研究

摘    要:在参照滴头水力特性检测方法的基础上,从流量变异系数、流量压力关系、水量分布均匀系数等角度研究了吸力式微润灌水器水力特性。结果表明,0.02MPa工作压力下微润灌水器流量变异系数均值为5%,流量变异系数随着压力的增大先减小后增大;流量随着工作压力的增加而明显增大,二者之间具有良好的幂函数关系;水量分布均匀系数在83%~93%之间变化,随工作压力的增加先增大后减小,为了尽可能保证灌水器出流量和灌水均匀,工作压力宜控制在0.018~0.025MPa之间。

Abstract:Hydraulic properties are the key indexes to weigh the performance of irrigation equipment.In this paper,the hydraulic properties,such as variation coefficient of discharge,relationship between flow and pressure,and water distribution uniformity of self-suction micro-irrigation emitter that was a new kind of water-saving irrigation equipment,were studied.Results showed that variation coefficient of discharge was close to 5% under 0.02 MPa and as working pressure increased,it decreased first and then increased;water discharge increased with increasing working pressure,and there was a good power function relationship between working pressure and flow;coefficient of water distribution uniformity changed between 83% and 93% and as working pressure increased,it increased first and then decreased.Therefore,to get better performance of self-suction micro-irrigation emitter,working pressure is recommended between 0.018 and 0.025 MPa.
