等离子体对大豆不同生育期叶片光合作用特性的影响

摘    要:试验研究了不同剂量等离子体对大豆不同生育期叶片光合作用特性的影响。结果表明:经等离子体处理后,大豆叶片的光合作用、蒸腾速率、气孔导度均高于对照。大豆叶片光合速率从苗期到鼓粒期逐渐增加,鼓粒期最高,尔后下降。鼓粒期剂量为1.5 A等离子体处理的大豆叶片光合速率比对照高34.1%。等离子体处理后大豆叶片的蒸腾速率和气孔导度都有不同程度的提高,其中蒸腾速率呈双峰曲线变化,气孔导度呈单峰曲线变化,二者均在鼓粒期达到最高值,分别为14.5 mmol/(m2.s)和0.75 mol/(m2.s)。鼓粒期1.5 A等离子体处理植株叶片的蒸腾速率和气孔导度分别比对照高16.2%和17.1%,说明等离子体处理后大豆叶片的光合速率在鼓粒期提高最明显,剂量为1.5 A处理效果最佳。处理后大豆的水分利用效率也高于对照。

Abstract:Effects of different amounts of plasma on photosynthetic characters in soybean leaves at different growth stages were studied.The results indicated that Pn,Tr and Cs of treated soybean leaves were obviously higher than ck.Pn of treated soybean leaves increased gradually from flowering stage to seed-filling stage,and reached the peak value at the stage of pod-bearing then decreased.At this stage,Pn of treated soybean leaves of 1.5 A was 31.4% higher than ck.Tr and Cs of treated soybean leaves were remarkably higher than ck.Tr had two peak values and Cs had only one peak values.Both Tr and Cs reached their peak values at pod-bearing stage.At this stage,Tr and Cs of T_3 were respectively 16.2% and 17.1% higher than ck.It showed that photosynthesis of treated soybean leaves increased remarkably,1.5 A was the best one. And WUE of treated soybean was higher than ck.
