肉鸡新城疫强毒感染的诊断

摘    要:取某大型肉鸡场疑似新城疫的病死鸡的脑组织和泄殖腔粘膜病料,接种于10日龄左右SPF鸡胚,记录其死亡时间和HA滴度,并取其尿囊液进行1日龄SPF雏鸡脑内致病指数(ICPI)测定。结果,鸡胚平均死亡时间(MDT)在48h左右,其ICPI为1.51,对照于中监所标准强毒株为1.36。其尿囊液HA效价在2.9左右,并可被标准阳性血清阻断,血凝完全被抑制。以琼扩试验排除了禽流感,证明该鸡场发病为新城疫强毒所致。即急性典型新城疫,可发生于免疫过的肉鸡群。

Abstract:Brain tissue and lurninal cotton stick from dead birds suspecious of New Castle Disease(ND)in a large scale brolier farm were cultivated in 10 day old SPF chick embroies,to observe dying time and HA titration.fluid was also injected into 1 day old SPF chickens to determine ICPI.Results showed that average embryo dying time was about 48 h after cultivation of suspecious tissue and the ICPI was about 1.51. ICP of control group (using ND strain form China National Supervision Institute of Veterinary Medicine)was around 1.31,HA titration of was 2# and could be blocked by standard postive serium and humagglutination could also be completely prevented.Poultry influenza was ehminated by resin enlarging experiment.Result suggested that disense happend in this broiler farm was caused by ND virus-typical acuted ND,which could happen in vaccined bird.
