| 摘 要： | 通过建立数学模型推导出了管道焊接许用压力的理论计算公式,并结合实际经验,引入修正因子,计算得出了常用石油、天然气管道带压施焊时的许用压力。提出了长输管道带压施焊应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | By means of establishing mathematical model,theory calculation formulas on the allowable pressure of pipeline welding are deduced. Combined with field experiences, correction factors are drawn into the formulas and common allowable pressure for oil and gas pipelines welding with pressure is obtained and issues to be regarded in the process of oil and gas pipelines welding with pressure are put forward as well. |
