| 摘 要： | 桃源一号,二号茶树良种是从当地群体品种中经单株选育发展起来的。桃源一号系灌木型大叶种,具有发芽早、生长势旺、抗逆性较强、适应性较广和制茶品质好的特点。与国家认定的茶树良种槠叶齐比较,产量高1O%,儿茶素总量高9%,适合加工红茶。桃源二号系灌木型中叶种,发芽中生偏早,产量接近槠叶齐,而品质优于槠叶齐。春季芽叶茸毛多,重量适中,氨基酸含量高,是加工高级绿茶的好原料;夏、秋季鲜叶适制优质红茶。

| Abstract: | Taoyuan NO.1 and No.2 were selected individually from the 1o-cal variety population. Taoyuan No.1, a bushy, large leaf variety, sproutsearly and grows vigourously, and possesesa good quality for manufacturing.Compared with the nationwidely recommended tea variety Zhuyeqi, it has a l0percent higher output,9 percent higher catechin content and is more suitablefor black tea manufacturing. It also has a higher resistence and wider adapta-bility. Taoyuan No.2, a bushy,medium leaf variety, has a medium sproutingcapability, similar output but better quality to Zhuyeqi. Its bud and leaf inspring are hairy, of medium weight, high content of aminoacids. It is a fineraw material for making high-grade green tea. Summer and autumn leaves aresuitable for manufacturing top quality black tea. |
