| 摘 要： | 以病死牛病变肺脏组织为研究对象，通过革兰氏染色和PCR鉴定确定多杀性巴氏杆菌分离株的血清型，进行分离菌株的小鼠致病性试验和药敏试验。结果表明：该分离菌株为未知型多杀性巴氏杆菌，对硫酸阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星、硫酸庆大霉素、乳酸环丙沙星高度敏感；小鼠多杀性巴氏杆菌最小致死量为1.2×108CFU/m L。

| Abstract: | The liver, lung and heart of dead cattle in a cattle farm in Xinjiang, after the observation of bacterial colony morphology, culture characteristics, isolation and purification of pathogens, PCR identification, drug susceptibility experiment and pathogenicity experiment in mice.The test results showed that a single ball or bar strain was isolated from the lung tissue, with a single, paired and short chain arrangement The isolate, PCR, Blast sequence alignment on Genbank, showed that the isolate was highly sensitive to amikacin sulfate, levofloxacin, gentamloxacin sulfate, ciprofloxacin and insensitive to the rest; Mouse challenge experiments yielded the minimum lethal amount of mice.In recent years in Xinjiang, through ourselves The epidemiological investigation, has found that the bovine source of type A and F polykill respectively, so the unknown type of polykill barba infection in cattle needs to attract more attention. |
