岑软2号、3号等油茶无性系花粉生活力研究

摘    要:以全国油茶(Camellia oleifera)优良品系区域性试验林桂软1号、桂软11号、桂软22号、桂软24号、岑软2号、岑软3号、湘林70号、湘林91号共8个无性系的花粉为试验材料,测定了室内常温条件下开花当天花粉的生活力状况,并研究了岑软2号、3号无性系花粉在室内常温、不同贮藏天数条件下的生活力变化情况.结果表明:8个油茶无性系在开花当天花粉生活力均达50%以上,但表现出广西产地的油茶无性系花粉生活力比湖南产地的无性系花粉生活力高,两省区之间的差异较明显.暴露在室内空气中常温贮藏的岑软2号、3号无性系花粉生活力可保存7天.

Abstract:Fresh pollen of eight Camellia oleifera clones was employed as the experimental material to determinate the pollen viability at normal indoor temperature,the relationship between pollen viability and storage duration of Cenxi soft-branch No.2 and 3 was also explored in this study.The results showed that the pollen viability of eight clones reached above 50% on the blooming day,but the obvious differences were found between the Guangxi's clones and the Hunan's clones,the former pollen viability was higher th...
