新疆草原糙苏抑菌作用的研究

摘    要:为探讨新疆草原糙苏的抑菌活性,对新疆草原糙苏最佳提取溶剂进行筛选并对其抑菌作用进行研究。采用滤纸片法和二倍稀释法研究新疆草原糙苏不同溶剂提取物抑菌效果,并对其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)进行测定。结果表明:新疆草原糙苏95%乙醇和乙酸乙酯提取物有较强的抑菌效果。95%乙醇提取物对大肠杆菌的MIC为0.25 g/mL,MBC为0.25 g/mL;对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为0.0625 g/mL,MBC为0.125 g/mL;对变形杆菌的MIC为0.0625 g/mL,MBC为0.125 g/mL。新疆草原糙苏具有较明显的抑菌效果,不同溶剂提取物抑菌作用不同。

Study on Antibacterial Activities of Pholmis pratensis from Xinjiang
Abstract:Objective: In order to further development and utilization of Xinjiang Phlomis, the study of the Xinjiang Phlomis best extraction solvent for screening and Study on its bacteriostatic effect. Methods: The filter paper method and the double dilution method was studied in Xinjiang Phlomis different solvent extracts antibacterial effect, and its minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were determined. Results: Xinjiang grassland Phlomis 95% ethanol and ethyl acetate extract has strong antibacterial effect. 95% ethanol extract of E. coli MIC of 0.25g/ml MBC is 0.25g/ml; against Staphylococcus aureus MIC of 0.0625g/ml MBC is 0.125g/ml; against Proteus MIC was 0.0625g / ml, MBC is 0.125g/ml. Conclusion: Xinjiang grassland Phlomis has obvious inhibitory effect of different solvent extracts of different antimicrobial effect.
