摘    要:摘要:以荷叶铁线蕨和扇叶铁线蕨原叶体为材料,用聚乙二醇PEG6000进行模拟干旱试验,研究两种蕨类在不同胁迫程度(0%,15%,30%)下形态和生理变化,结果表明:(1)干旱胁迫下叶绿体分布没有对照组均匀;随着胁迫程度的加深,原叶体颜色越暗且长势变差。(2)处理组的MDA含量均低于CK,其中15%PEG处理的最低;游离脯氨酸的含量在胁迫期间增加不明显。(3)轻度胁迫(15%)和重度胁迫(30%)的可溶性蛋白含量均先升后降,都较对照的高,差异显著。(4)荷叶铁线蕨原叶体不同处理的SOD活性均呈先升后降趋势,而扇叶铁线蕨的轻度胁迫(15%)和重度胁迫(30%)都为下降趋势。(5)CAT活性随着干旱程度的增加均显著上升。可溶性蛋白和CAT活性可作为评价这两种蕨类原叶体抗旱性的重要指标。

Drought-induced physiological characteristics of two ferns' prothallus under PEG stress
Abstract:Abstract:The prothallus of Adiantum reniforme var. sinense and Adiantum flabellulatum were used to study the responses of morphological characteristics and physiological indexes under different concentration gradients of PEG6000 stress (0%,15%, 30%). The results were as follows: (1) The chloroplast under drought stress did not distribute as well as the CK; the prothallus became darker and grew worse when drought stress increased deeply; (2) CK MDA content was higher than two treatments, 15% treatment was the least. Pro content did not increase distinctly during the period of drought stress. (3) SP contents of 15% and 30% treatments all increased firstly and then decreased, they were remarkably higher than CK. (4) SOD activity of three treatments of Adiantum reniforme var.sinense increased first and then decreased, while 15%, 30% treatments of Adiantum flabellulatum decreased all the time. (5) CAT activity was increasing significantly with the deepening of drought stress. It concluded that SP and CAT activity can reflect the ability of drought resistance for these two ferns prothallus
