贵州白蒜生产现状及发展对策

摘    要:贵州白蒜是贵州传统名特优农产品,曾经是当地的主要出口商品,由于新兴产区的规模化发展和出口竞争,贵州白蒜发展形势严峻。为此,针对贵州白蒜发展特点和存在的问题,提出了恢复利用贵州白蒜的名特优效应、建设"中国大蒜良种繁育中心"、发展绿色食品大蒜产业带、建设贵州白蒜品牌、带动大蒜相关产业快速发展的思考。

Abstract:Guizhou white garlic was a traditional famous agricultural products, and was once a major export commodity, but due to the scale development and export competition of emerging regions, the development of Guizhou white garlic was faced with severe situations. According to the development characteristics and existing problems of Guizhou white garlic industry, we put forward related countermeasures, including strength the brand construction of white garlic, establishing China Garlic Seed Breeding Center, developing green-food industry zone for garlic, and promoting the rapid development of related industry of garlic.
