| 摘 要： | 在宁夏加紧建设内陆开放型经济试验区和银川综合保税区的背景下，客观分析宁夏吴忠市商贸流通业发展的成就与存在的问题，提出提升吴忠市商贸流通业健康发展的具体设想，建议吴忠市探索实施“1456”（完善一个布局、实施四大战略、发展五个行业、实现六化）的商贸流通业发展战略，对于吴忠市构建与宁夏第二大城市经济地位和作用相适应的商贸流通发展格局，增强区域发展的辐射和服务能力，促进宁夏内陆开放型经济建设具有至关重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | In Ningxia to step up construction of the inland open economic experimental zone and Yinchuan comprehensive bonded zone under the background, this paper analyzes the development of Ningxia Wuzhong City of commerce and trade circulation industry achievements and existing problems, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures and measures to promote the healthy development of Wuzhong City of commerce and trade circulation industry, Wuzhong City suggested that full implementation of the ＂1456＂ （perfection a layout, the implementation of four strategies, development of the five industry, achieve six） development strategy of commercial and trade circulation industry, to build and adapt and role of Ningxia＇s second largest city and economic status of commercial circulation development pattern of Wuzhong City, enhanced radiation and service ability of regional development, Ningxia has a significant meaning to promote the construction of inland open economy the. |
