| Abstract: | The concept of socialist consultative democracy is bought forward on the 18th Congress of the CPC for the first time, and socialist consultative democracy has been confirmed as an important form of people＇s democracy. This text elab- orates the bringing forward and development progress of socialist consultative democracy, and the importance and main means of developing socialist consultative democracy. |
