大豆蛋白质和脂肪含量选择效果研究

摘    要:以高蛋白,高脂肪,高产3类型5亲本配制10个正交,10个反交组合,以F1-F3试验结果分析得出;大豆的蛋白质和脂肪含量性状均属中间遗传,正反交无显著差异;在双亲性水平近似的的组合较易出现两向超亲变异。在当前当地条件下,在优质育种目标要求下,下,提高产量和外观品质都很重要相对而言高脂肪育种在提高产量方面而高蛋白育种在提高完全粒率方面更为突出。

STUDIES ON SELECTION EFFECT OF PROTEIN AND OIL CONTENT IN SOYBEANS
Abstract:Protein and oil content of soybean are medial inheritance. It is no significant difference between reciprocal and normal cross. The genetic variation of over parents always happen in the cross of trait level similar parents. 2.The correlation among quantitative traits will change with parents' different genetic background. In Jilin province and Jilin city, the difficulty of the breeding of improve protein content is increase percent of normal seed; and the key of the breeding of improve oil content is increase seed yield. 3.The MP value of improvement trait accord with the selection goal, and other economic traits are complementary each other. These were main principles for selection parents of high qualitative breeding in soybeans. 4.Additive effect is hold absolute predominance in inheritance of protein or oil content in soybeans. Certainly, strict selection among individual plant or line are effective in early generations.
