土壤Cd对蔬菜的毒害临界值

摘    要:采用土培试验研究了外源添加Cd对福建省Cd毒害的高敏感蔬菜——芥菜的毒害效应,并在此基础上推算出了农业土壤Cd对蔬菜的毒害临界值.结果表明,随着土壤Cd添加量的增加,芥菜的株高、地上部鲜重、根长和根鲜重逐渐降低,地上部鲜重对土壤Cd的毒害最为敏感.根据移栽36 d后的芥菜地上部生物量与土壤Cd有效量之间的回归方程,推算出当芥菜地上部生物量减少10%时,以有效态Cd(0.1 mol.L-1 CaCl2提取)表示的土壤Cd的毒害临界值为0.15 mg.kg-1.再根据本区域野外调查所得到的土壤Cd全量与土壤有效Cd之间的回归方程,推算出相应的以土壤Cd全量表示的土壤Cd的毒害临界值为0.40 mg.kg-1.

Abstract:The toxicity effects of added Cd on leaf mustard(Brassica juncea Coss.),the most sensitive vegetable species to Cd toxicity,were studied by soil culture experiment.The threshold values of Cd toxicity(expressed as EC10) to the vegetable were calculated.The results showed that the plant height,the fresh weight of the shoot,the root length and the fresh weight of the root of leaf mustard decreased with the increase of added Cd.The fresh weight of the shoot was the most sensitive index to the Cd toxicity among the four indexes.The fresh weight of the shoot was significantly and negatively correlated with the available soil Cd(0.1 mol·L-1 CaCl2-extractable).The EC10 value(the available soil Cd where the fresh weight of the shoot decreased by 10%) which was calculated from the regression equation between the available soil Cd and the fresh weight of the shoot was 0.15 mg·kg-1.According to the former investigation over the agricultural soils in Fujian Province,the available soil Cd had a significant and positive correlation with the total soil Cd in the paddy rice soils.Therefore another EC10 value expressed by total soil Cd was deduced from the regression equation between the available soil Cd and the total soil Cd of the paddy rice soil,which was 0.40 mg·kg-1.
